Payments & License
Paid enrollments grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download the materials for individual use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated per our refund policy. Abuse of the policy may result in denial or account restrictions.
Changes
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
